Members of The Woodlands VFW Post 12024 attended the 92nd State Convention in Addison Texas for the 2011/2012 VFW Year.  The Post and members received awards for Honor Roll, All-State Post, and Auxiliary Chaplain Helen Ward received Chaplain of the Year.  The Convention was held in Addison Texas with close to a thousand VFW and Auxiliary members from all over the state, The Woodlands was represented by five Post members and five Auxiliary members.
